Where to get mouse driver 3.x that works on VBA scrolling

Second posting!

"Recently I posted a question here regarding non-working
of mouse scrolling in VBA windows. The reply said most
MVPs used version 3.1 (or was it 3.0) mouse drivers.

I have looked everywhere for it but no luck.

BTW I tried 4.1 but no go.

Desperate!"

I have found that anything above version 3 allows the wheel to be used in
code windows. I downloaded the latest drivers recently, with no ill-effects.
I have the wireless optical mouse, although I have also used it on the
optical intellimouse...
