Where to get presale MS Office question answered?

Where can I email/post or call to get a presales technical question answered?
I need to get an answer to the extent of functionality of one of the MS
Office Language Packs before deciding whether to purchase it or not. The MS
website does not provide the information I'm looking for. Specifically I need
to know if a specific MS Office Language pack (Lithuanian) does translation
or not. My question is - where can I ask this question to someone at MS that
would know the answer or be able to get the answer with some authority on the
subject?

I don't mean to double post in this forum but my first question was the
technical question itself. Not getting a reply I'm now asking for where might
I go to try and get that answer if not here. Thanks.
