Where to go frfom 'Detect and Repair'?

I still have a logic loop in Outlook 20002 despite two
reinstalls and approx five Detect and Repair loops.

On running Detact and Repair in another office programme
(Excel) the Windows Installer looks for Frontpage 2002,
gathers information and then declares "Setup completed
successfully" only for Outlook to fail to start again.
Short of buying a new PC (clearly not a preference) I do
not know what to do.


The error signature is:-

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.3311.0 ModName:
mso.dll
ModVer: 10.0.4219.0 Offset: 006b406e
