Where to go from here?

I'm running Vista Home Premium 64bit and using a 3rd party program that
calls information using Access. I keep getting this: 'the
microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0 provider is not registered on this machine.' The
program (3rd Party) will run but the fields of data are empty. In other
words... it can't retrieve data from the Access database... I have already
contacted the software designer, the OEM and Microsoft and so far no
answers.
Ideas?

There are no 64 bit drivers for Jet.

My understanding is that it's possible to use the 32 bit drivers on the 64
bit operating system, but I'm afraid I don't have instructions on how to do
that.

A possibility would be to run the 3rd party application in 32 bit mode
instead of 64 bit mode. You should contact the vendor to know if it's
possible
