Where's the document minimize button now?

I've just upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2000 and was surprised to find
that the little button that minimizes documents in Word is gone. The "x"
close button is still up there and I can still minimize the entire app, but
now when I open two documents, I get two buttons on my taskbar. Surely
there's a way to make this behave more like in Office 97 so that I don't
have lots of extra buttons on my taskbar when I have several documents
opened?

Can I get that minimize button back, or is there another way now?
