Where's the Office Shortcut Bar in Office 2003?

I recently upgraded my PC to Office 2003, and darn if the Office Shortcut
Bar hasn't disappeared. I've looked everywhere with the new office setup and
I cannot find a way to install it!

Hi Ross,

The Office Shortcut Bar was discontinued after Office XP.
Desktop shortcut bars are considered a Windows thing :)

There are a couple of 3rd party toolbars folks have
made mention of including this one

You can also use a custom install of an earlier version
of Office and select the Office Shortcut Bar as the only
item to install, but that may install a large portion of
the core files of that version of Office as well as the
2003 version.
