Whether I must set strong name signed

Dear all,

I develop ribbon in powercom2007, then I package this ribbon for install
other machine! and I add SetSecurity Project in my addin solution!

Add "/assemblyName=..." content! But It displays "Can't set the security
policy. -->Cannot crate the security code group 'Myrobblin.HandleThing'. -->
ERROR: This assembly is not strong name signed" after I install the other
machine!

I want to know whether I must set strong name signed for our add-in project?
If I don't want to set strong name signed! How do I do it?
