Armin,

Did you see Tom Wickerath's response to your same question earlier?

Here it is again if you missed it:Usually upgrade versions are less expensive than full versions. On the other
hand, having a copy of the full version is more convenient if/when you ever
need to do a complete re-install of Access or Office. I don't think that the
Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition is considered a qualifying
product for the upgrade version, but I could be wrong.

Armin,

Were you aware that these newsgroups are not staffed by paid Microsoft
staff. People answer questions here based on their knowledge and more
importantly, their spare time. There are for the exchange of information
between users of the product, not between users and Microsoft.

Because of this, do *not* expect instant answers to your questions.

The is no need to post the same question when it hasn't been answered any
sooner that one or two days later.

Posting the same question at 19:11, 20:07, and 23:16 is one of the fastest
ways to get yourself on everyone's ignore list and you'll never get another
question answered.

My answer to one of your previous posts:

I'm afraid you need the full product.

The student and teacher version does *not* qualify you for the upgrade
pricing. It is a very low priced version of Office that has never been a
qualifying product for any upgrades.

See http://www.microsoft.com/office/access/howtobuy/default.mspx.
