Which CD should I use when installing updates?

Trying to install Office SP-3. It keeps asking for my "MS Works 2002" CD,
but I only have Office 2000 Professional. Why would it request Works? How
can I get past this?

Check in Add/Remove programs in the Windows Control Panel.
If you have MS Works Suite (it may have come with the
PC) there could be a separate listing of MS Word 2002
installed. If it came with the PC the PC supplier should
have provided the CD.
