Noticed with Access 2003 that it gives you the choice of using 2000 or
2002/2003 file formats. Are there any particular advantages in using the
2002/2003 format?

You won't be able to create an MDE unless you're in the 2003 format.

Staying in Access 2000 format means it can be read by someone who only has
Access 2000.
