Which Formulas are used for F and T test in Excell

Hi,
I made up a spreadsheet for F and T test. Now our Quality Department
wants a hand calculation to validate the spreadsheet. I cannot find
the formulas (statistical) that have been used for the F and T- test.
Specially for the 3 cases of the T-test.
Thx in advance for your help!
