Which MSP file do I use?

I just extracted Office 2007 SP-1 so I could put the appropriate MSP file in
my updates folder to use in my custom install. However, it created several
different files. I know right away some of the ones not to use, but I don't
know which one is right. I can't seem to get much of a description of them.
I'm a small municipality with about 180 users all speaking English. Do I use
MAINMUIsp1-en-us.msp or MAINWWsp1.msp? And what is the difference?
