Which Office Suites include Picture Manager?

I have the Small Business version of the Office Suite on one of my machines.
I am told that the licence for 'Picture Manager' has expired. I am unable to
find out which versions of the Office Suites include this software as a
component. It is not listed in any of the Office suites or as a program which
comes with Office. The microsoft web site has limited references to this
software.

Picture Manager is a component available with Office 2003 and later, it
usually has a shortcut in Microsoft Office\Tools
As such the licence, is as the office licence

Thanks - from reading posts in other topics it seems that the problem I am
encountering is known - and that a patch/workaround is available. However,
there does not seem to be an entry in the KB which refers to the problem.
Does anyone know how I can obtain the workaround?
