Which Outlook 2000 Service Release to develop with?

I am developing my addin with Outlook 2000 SR1. Should I upgrade to SR2 or
SR3?

My programs are causing Outlook 2003 to crash (and the Outlook 2003 vba to
get disabled) if the user views HTML e-mails that have smarttags embedded in
their tags.

The error message says "Out of Stack Space"

(I have posted other messages in this newsgroup regarding this. I am hoping
this extra bits of information will help someone point me in the right
direction)

Will developing on a Machine with Outlook 2000 SR2 or SR3 help?
