Most users do not go by any official designations for the meaning of
symbols. They attach their own meaning to the symbols. For example, some
people build org charts with just the Position shape while others use
Executive, Assistant, Manager and Position.
If you want to know the name of a shape, you can select it and go to Format
Special, or look for it at the left in the Shapes window.

display the processes that are represented by which shape? I want to
