Which Template should I use for a charity info flyer?

I have a charity and we are having a fundraiser (selling cookie batter and
things with a booklet and order forms, kind of like what you used to sell in
school)...Well I want to make a flyer to put inside so that people know about
my charity and where the money will be going. I cannot find a good template
for it. Can anyone help me>?
