Which version of Outlook do I need to download for default brows

mortgage lending 123

I downloaded MS Office XP from disc. Need to use Outlook as default browser,
but will not give me access. Why might this happen. Any suggestions?

Outlook is not a browser and cannot be used as such. State what you really
want to do.
