Which version of Sharepoint do I need with Office 2003 products?

Hello,

Can anyone please tell which version of Sharepoint I need to work with
Office 2003 products (Excel and Word)?
Is it possible to use Sharepoint Server/Designer 2007?

Some extra informatie about Sharepoint is also welcom!
