Which version to buy for Enterprise 2007?

Have Enterprise 2007 Outlook but no access via our lic admin email is no
longer valid at MVLS. "Registration cannot be completed because no VLSC
permissions are associated with business email."

Have reviewed other threads and deadended. Will just buy Outlook 2007 with
BCM. But will that work with Enterprise 2007 that no longer has reg
permissions at MVLS? Or should we just start over and purchase from ground up?
