Which Word Version

Please forgive this silly question but I am a PC user and I am not
familiar with the mac. I need to troubleshoot some files on a mac. Here
is my problem:

I need to be running MS Word X update 10.1.6. I have run the installer
for 10.1.6 - but how do I tell that I am really running the proper
version? When I go the About... screen from Word it just says Word X
service release 1.

Where do I go to determine exact the Word version?

This is a mis-feature of Word v.X I'm pretty sure mine is fully up to
date.
1. Look at Word in the Finder (column view with preview). It should say
Version 10.1.6
2. Look at Word » About Word when running Word X. It should say Word X
Service Release 1

If both are true, I'll give you good odds that it really is 10.1.6

10.1.6!
