while trying to publish to remote

While trying to publish to the remote site the blue arrows wont go away and
the files are in the remote section but there is no change on the web page.
please respond to my email address, I have been having trouble with the
links I receive for reply.

First do a Publish All
- then do a Publish Changes Only
(see your remote web site settings)
