while writing with pen, can we make the dot view bigger?

Hi, i use uc-logic graphic tablet with my laptop. i try to change the view of
dot whic appears while writing with pen. How can i make its view bigger?
Please help me if it's possible..

I don't think that can be done from within OneNote. The Pen input
capability in OneNote assumes that you are using a Tablet PC, where the pen
tip is directly on the monitor - you don't really need a guide for where
the pen tip is in that scenario.
