While You Were Out

I am now using Office 2003, but long ago Outlook 97 came
with a form/template(?) titled While You Were Out.
Letting the recipiant of the "email" know that they had a
meassage. I have captured the form and tried to edit it
renaming it "Important Message"--unsuccessfully. Does
something like this already exist, or IS there a way to
edit it?
