I recently loaded a test version of my FrontPage site, and am not sure about
the background color - specifically whether it's best to have a lot of white
or if a deeper color is better. The person who did the design (header, logo,
etc.) told me how to leave the background white, as well as how to make it a
deep gradient burgandy / pink that matches the thin border that's up now.
Here is the site with the white background:
http://www.positivelyfeminine.org , and here is an example of the deeper
background color: http://www.kingland.us. I am fairly new to site design and
would appreciate any comments or advice you could give about this. Also, I
would appreciate if someone could explain to me exactly what is considered
"trapped white space" and if it is always a bad thing.
Note: Because the site is in the testing stage, some secondary pages may not
work. Right now I am concerned about the color situation.
Thanks!!
