Who do you send a Request to for a NEW NewsGroup

Who do you send a Request to for a NEW NewsGroup?

I think a NewsGroup pertaing to the ORK (Office Resource
Kit) may help me. I have a problem with the ORK and I am
not to sure where to put my question. I've placed it in a
couple of places (under Outlook and Office) but being told
that I should not do this, (and I do not want to upset
anyone).

If there is a Group already up with this title, can
someone direct me to it.

Hi Michael,

Which Office newgroup did you use? There are a lot of ORK questions posted here or in the Office Setup newsgroup.

Technically that's the purpose for the Office ngs: questions related to Office, setup issues, deployment/installation, problems/questions related to more than one Office application or an Office utility such as Binder or the OSB, etc, rather than a catch-all for application specific questions which should be asked in newsgroup specific to the application.
