Who has the @#$% database open?

Is there a way to see who has the database running on their machine. I am
tired of having to wait FOREVER for people to close the database so that
I can update.

Is there a way for me to close all the databases and do my updates? I know
this is a common problem.

Hi Greg,

Split your database:

http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/splitapp.htm

This way you can work on updating the forms, reports, queries, codes,
whatever.. to your heart's content. Once you're done, distribute the
front-end file to the users. Better yet, use the front-end Auto Updater from
the above site to automate your update process. You wont ever have to worry
about who's in the database, wouldnt that be a nice change?
