Who knows "Microsoft Office List Datasheet Component"

This is a excel-like component, and it's under office
installation directory, "program files\microsoft
office\office11\stslist.dll", but it's a activex file.
Does anybody know how can I add it into Visual Studio.net
toolbox? Or how can I get a component file? Thanks.
