Who to contact for my questions sent with no posting?

Please let me know where or who I can get help with my
questions sent to this newsgroup but found not pasted. Or
maybe they were posted then deleted before I could review
(two days after questions sent). the search results for
my requests sent are the following:

They are still on the news server.

Check the options in your news reader. You may have set the maintenance of
news messages wrongly and deleted the messages on your news reader to early.
If you use Outlook Express, check Options / Maintenance / Delete news
messages.

If the above option is set correctly (says, 14 days) and you are using your
ISP's news server then your ISP deletes news messages too quickly. In this
case, you need to contact your ISP.

Hi,
Thank you all. I just wonder what difference google or
outlook can make since those messages were not shown on
this messageboard at all? Many posts have much earlier
time stamps and they are there. I could see this posting
right away. Something to do with the this message board
while I can not locate the technical support or service
people in charge any where on the screen of this
community newsgroup.

Yup. You're using Outlook Express 5.5 (5.50.4522.1200, to be precise)
