Why am I asked for username+password when downloading templates?

I would like to see the Access Template for Asset Tracking (2003 version),
but everytime I try to download it, Access opens and requests a Username and
Password that I don't have! How can I get to see the templates?

There should be a "new user" link to create a profile.

You could always create an annonymous profile or my favorite a "fictitious"
profile.
