why am i asked to accept the license aggreement when I invoke M.O

I'm using M.O basic 2003.

Whenever I invoke Outlook, word. i get the licencse agreement box. I know I
should get it the first time i use the program but it keeps happening. When I
reply to a message..when i open a new doc in word or excel..it's maddening!!


What's wrong here?

Hi, Puzzled User,

Try logging into the computer as the administrator, then accept the license
agreement. Then when you log back in as yourself, you may not have to do it
every time.
