Why am I getting a not implemented dialog box when I click S&R

I installed .NET Programmatic Support on Office 2003 after installing VSTO
for my Visual Studio 2005. (I have both Office 2007 Beta 2 and Office 2003
Installed on my PC)

When starting Outlook 2007 Beta 2 I got a an error message.
I then uninstalled the Microsoft Outlook 2003 from my machine and then
reinstalled the Outlook 2007 Beta 2

Outlook 2007 Beta 2 gives me a dialog box which says "Not Implemented" when
I click on Send and Receive

I would appreciate some assistance
