Why am I getting an error in Outlook.

When I try to open Outlook I get "The key "Display Name" is either missing or
has an incorrect Value. (File C/Program Files/Microsoft
Office/Office10/forms/1033/SECREC (2).CFG,SectionDescription). I have tried
repairing Office and am still getting the error. Could someone please help?
