Why am I getting duplicated Emails

All the emails I receive tend to be duplicated for some reason. This mainly
happens when I receive messages into my NTLWORLD.com account (not my Hotmail
Account). How can I stop this happening without deleteing my NTLWORLD Accont.

Have you checked to see if any rules are duplicating things?
