Why am I getting error message of 1606?

I've had two emails forever and now I getting error message 1606 and that
feature ID not registered and that my emails now require a subscription. How
do I fix it? My emails are: (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed).

Don't know what program you're using, but I suspect it isn't OneNote, so
perhaps you should post wherever the program you're using is supported.
