why am i getting no results when i use clip art?

"no results" clipart..... Whenever i type in a word to look up in clip art it
takes a while and then it says "no results" this happens even when i type in
something easy like dag or cat

Start by emptying your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.

You may not be able to use the Clip Organizer to view Web Collections when you
run an Office program
