Why am I not getting all Outlook messages that people are sending

For some reason I'm not receiving all of my email messages in Outlook. This
problem seems to be getting worse over time. It's never a consistent thing -
sometimes it's one person's message, sometimes another's. Also, sometimes
poeple aren't getting the message I send them. Any clue?

What kind of mail server are you getting your mail from? Might a junk mail
filter be grabbing the items?
