why am I not recognized as the administrator of my computer?

I typed a document on word and tried to save it to a cd and was told that I
was not the administrator. I am the sole user of my computer, so why am I
not the administrator?

Don't save directly to CDs or other removable media from Office
applications, because doing so usually results in file corruption
sooner or later. Instead, save to your hard drive, close the
file, and then use Windows Explorer, My Computer, or your CD
mastering software to copy files from the hard drive to the CD.
