Why Archive projects display in project Professional 2003 ?

When we Archive the published schedule it's display with other published
projects in Project Professional 2003 and recource are also able to add task
in Archived schedule - Whats a procedure to do not display the Archived
project in EPMS and unable to recources for add new task.

Please help me ....

Arcived projects displayed when resource Create New Task from Task tab,
please tell me any procedure to not allowed to resources for creating new
task in archived project plan.
I follow all the steps as per guide provided by you and successfully done.
Archived projects are not display in Project Central view and Project
Professional.

Presently I'm using Project Professional 2003 & EPMS 2003.

Waiting for your reply.

I don't know how to solve this issue if you are allowing users to create new
tasks.
