Why are extra letters showing up in my header when I print?

The document looks as I'd like it to on the monitor, but once it's printed
there is an extra letter showing up in my header. It's only doing this on my
black and white printer, not the color printer, so I'm inclined to believe
it's an issue with the printer, not the program. Not 100% certain so I
thought I'd ask to see if anyone else has ever had this issue.

Check the printer Properties to see if there is a "watermark" option. If so,
someone might have started to include a watermark and thought better of it
and not entirely deleted it (or something).
