There seems a bug with the margins when printing a book fold that is created
for A4 paper.
When you make a book fold in A4-format with Word 2007, Word acts as if the
book fold is meant for letter-format paper in the printer (HP1020) and not
for A4 paper, so the margins are on the wrong place. That is not a printer
problem, because when I create the book fold in letter-format and tell the
printer to adjust the format to A4 paper, the margins are on the right place.
It works that way but there is no possibility to see the right print lay-out
on your screen then.
I asked HP already, they checked the problem and suggested to use office
servicepack 2 for updates. I did, but the problem stays the same.
