why are meeting requests going to everyone

I am running SBS, when a user sends out a meeting request to a single user,
the user gets a invite but also everyone does as well, this means the
recipeint gets two invites, and the whole org gets a single invite, I cannot
trace where or why this is happening, any ideas would be appreciated.

This happens with any user who is sent an invite !!!
