Why are my hyperlinks opening a new web page?

How do I get my hyperlinks to open the web page on the same screen? For some
reason, every time you follow a link on our site, a new screen pops up. I
want to stop this and have everything come up on the same screen.

I've found my way back to this board but I can't see any of the responses
from Wednesday, and I don't know if anyone has responded today. This is
really weird and I can use a link - can anyone send me a link to the board
perhaps? maybe I'm not in the right location. (e-mail address removed) Thanks
