Why are my signatures disappearing?

Several Users at my company have their Outlook signatures disappearing after
a shutdown or reboot. When you go to tools > options > mail format > the
signature will say none. You can reset it to your original signature, but
after another shutdown it disappears. SP1 is applied. I need for the
signatures to not reset back to none.

Any Help is appreciated.
