Why are the From and To columns swapping with each other?

In my default Inbox, the From column will inexplicably switch to the To
column. Likewise, in my Sent Folder, the To column will inexplicably switch
to the From column. This also happens in my archive folders as well.

I have not been able to pinpoint why this happens. It appears to be related
to using the Find functionality which I use ALL the time. If it matters, I
have over 20 PST files and I regularly transfer zips and pdfs that are in the
1MB to 8MB range. None of my PST files are over the 2GB limit.

Any explanation why this is happening and how it can be stopped?

I'd reset all views to their defaults. Start>Run>outlook.exe /cleanviews

I'm running Outlook 2003 through a Citrix environment (working from home) and
my command prompt has been disabled. Any other suggestions?

This particular issue has presented itself to me on 3 different machines
running 3 different copies of Outlook 2003 software.

As I stated in another post, I have seen this issue on 3 different machines
using 3 different copies of Outlook 2003.

This issue is driving me nuts!
