Because of a limitation on Exchange Server item storage that will change in Exchange 2003.

So sorry, I meant. Exchange 2007. The limit in that new version will be configurable by the administrator, up to 256kb.

We have Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server. Any thoughts?

To clarify, the limit is not the number, it is storage. Some people will
get a few more rules because they are more concise and even have smaller
email addresses.

As Sue said, the limit will go from 32kb to 256kb with Exchange 2007
