Why are there no groups for "Word" and "Office" on this server?

Greetings all,

It just seems strange to me that the flagship program from Microsoft
(Office) has no support newsgroups - other than, of course, this
"templates" group.

What's up with that?

Does anyone know of a good resource for asking Office related questions?

Hi Stan,

To add to Paul's reply, which provided the link for the web based interface to the MS newsgroups, as you're posting via Outlook
Express you may want to reset the groups list for news://msnews.microsoft.com which is the MS news public server. There are, for
example, 27 U.S. Word newsgroups on the MS server, along with a variety of other non-US ones.
