Why are there so many extra Abobe PDF pull down menus in my toolba

There are at least 23 "Adobe PDF" pull down menus on my tool bar in Outlook.
Before I upgraded to ofice 2003 I would often close outlook and get an error
message. Next time I would open outlook there would be another "Adobe PDF"
pull down. None of the extra ones actually have any items in the pull down
menu. Has anyone else experienced this problem? How do i fix it?

If it has no use for you you should uninstall this integration by starting
the Adobe Acrobat setup. In addition reset the Toolbar from Outlook by
renaming outcmd.dat to outcmd.old

Tips of the month:
-FREE tool; QuickMail. Create new Outlook items anywhere from within Windows
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data

I have the same problem, but I don't understand your solution! I don't want
to screw anything up. Can you tell me exactly how to do this.
