Why aren't my emails aren't downloading?

I have tried to do what I can to get my emails to download. I have put in all
my aol information all over again but it stops downloading at 90%. Any
advice? Thanks!

IIRC correctly then AOL uses an IMAP account. IMAP messages reside on the
server. Do a Google on IMAP to understand how it works.

I'm having the same issue. However, downloading from MSN Hotmail account via
Outlook. Previously downloaded w/out problems for years. Now out of nowhere
it won't connect to my MSN Account. I've deleted the Hotmail folder and
re-set it up but Outlook still won't connect/download?

Are you using the Outlook Connector?
If not, install it. If you have it then try updating it.
