Why can I no longer associate more than one form to an outlook fol

I have WinXP, and have installed the SP2 and I can no longer use more than
one form type in an Outlook folder. I used to be able to use more than one
custom form in a contact folder, now the options under "Alllow these forms in
this folder" are greyed out. Does anyone know what setting changed this? I
suspect it has to do the new security updates and service pack.

Thanks, WayneP

Where is the folder located -- in your mailbox? A .pst file? A public
folder?

The file is in a Personal Folder (.pst), of contact type
and the custom forms I have associated to the folder are
also of a Contact type. When I Save and Close, using one
of the the custome forms I do have associated to the
folder, other than the one form that is selected in "When
posting to this forlder, use:"; for some reason the file
gets saved to my Drafts folder, instead of the folder I am
in.

I've gone to the folder's properties, form tab and re
associated the custom forms under the manage option, and
the custom forms still do not save where I want them to.

Everything used to work before, but not it doesnt. I'm
stumped as to why or how to correct it, Wayne

Saving to the Drafts folder would be normal behavior for a message form. I
can't imagine a scenario where it would happen with a contact form. Perhaps
there's some corruption in the forms. Republishing from a backup .oft file
might be a good step. You did save a backup copy of the form, yes?
