Why can I RECEIVE but cannot SEND emails that are 1MB+ long?

I can receive and read emails that contain attachments of 1MB+. I cannot
forward or send emails that are more than 1MB.

You don't state what type of mail account you have, perhaps there is a cap
placed by your email server admin at work or your ISP.

What is the actual size of the e-mail? Save a draft, look in the Drafts
folder, and look in the Size column.

What is the maximum size for an e-mail that your unidentified e-mail
provider allows?
